All visitors must register in the office upon entering the school building. To ensure the safety and well-being of our students, we request that visitors present their identification, such as a driver's license or state ID, when they wish to speak with or sign out a student. We understand that parents/guardians may want to visit their child's classroom, and to make this possible, we ask them to complete a form and provide a 24-hour notice. Upon arrival, visitors will be welcomed and assisted through our sign-in process. They will receive a visitor badge and will be accompanied by a staff member to ensure they find their way to the classroom smoothly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a secure environment for our school.

We request that you utilize the visitor parking located in the southwest corner of the building when visiting our school. As you arrive, please approach the front entrance where our staff will gladly assist you by buzzing you in. Once you enter the building, we will promptly notify your child's classroom so that a staff member can accompany your child to greet you. We understand the importance of a smooth and efficient drop-off process. To ensure a timely start to the day, we kindly remind families that a child is considered tardy if they arrive one minute after the designated start time. In such cases, we request families to sign a tardy slip upon bringing their child(ren) to school. Our aim is to maintain a consistent routine while also promoting punctuality and a positive learning environment for all students.
EARLY PICK-UP
If you have arrived at least 30 minutes before the end of the day, we request that you park in visitor parking in the southwest corner of the front of the building. You may enter the front of the building to be buzzed inside. A staff member will retrieve your student from the classroom and bring them to the office. All families are required to show their photo ID when picking up a child from school. You will sign a slip checking your child out early. Please call ahead if you have a specific pick-up time.

TRANSPORTATION CHANGES:
At the start of the school year, parents/guardians will inform the office regarding being a bus rider or car rider at the end of the school day. If this plan changes on any given day, please notify the office in writing or by phone. Changes in departure plans may only be made with prior notification to the school office. The child will be sent home in their usual way unless previously arranged by the parent/guardian. If it is less than 15 minutes before normal dismissal, students will be dismissed through the car rider line.
