Our building utilizes Conscious Discipline by Dr. Becky Bailey to "integrate classroom management and social-emotional learning." (www.consciousdiscipline.com). We focus on the regulation or our own emotions, assisting children to regulate their own emotions, cooperation, and developing problem solving skills in real-world situations. Ask any of our staff about how this looks at HGECC, we would love to share with you!
